Have you ever wondered how to break the generational cycle of poor body image and disordered eating? This is the episode for you! I discuss all my fears when it comes to having kids, the biggest one being the fear of passing on my own messed up relationship with food. Then I bring in Registered Dietician, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and Mother of two kids, Sam Previte, to talk about how we can break the cycle and reinforce a positive relationship with food from the very beginning with our kids, and continue on through different phases of childhood.
