Today I'm talking with Adam from Michigan diagnosed with PPMS in 2019 returning to follow up from our first episode on my original channel Ep 43 about a year ago.
Adam and I talk about everything from meeting up in person last year and how his MS has been treating him. We also discuss all the events he has participated and organized for awareness.
We talk about the importance of exercise and taking care of the mental part of fighting this disease along with having an attitude.
Adam talks about the importance of not giving up and explains how he went from wheelchair to walking to riding a bike because he didn't give up.
Adam also talks about how he was chosen by the MS Society to highlight his journey in 2026 and the awesome sleeve he found by a company called https://www.cionic.com.
