Living with multiple sclerosis has been a journey of ups and downs. After my diagnosis, everything I thought I knew about my life flipped. From being an athlete to navigating daily challenges, it’s been tough.
But here’s the thing: mental health is often overlooked in chronic illness discussions. It’s not just about the physical symptoms; the emotional toll can be just as heavy.
I wish someone had emphasized this when I first got diagnosed. It's crucial to find support, whether it's a therapist, a support group, or simply connecting with others who understand. You don’t have to go through this alone.
