Over the past weekend Dan was taken back by some of the reactions he saw on Facebook to the recent deaths of Alton Sterling and Philando Philando Castile. Some of you who listen to the Dan & Kody Podcast know that Dan is Biracial and has struggled throughout his life with coming to grips with the fact that he is both White and Black and not truly belonging to either race, but belonging equally to both. This bonus episode takes you through Dan's life growing up both black and white. Please listen to this episode and take in the message that there is indeed a problem with the way Black people are treated in the US by police officers. Violence is NEVER the answer and not all police are out to get black people. Both Kody & Dan know that we do a comedy podcast, but not talking about today's racial climate would be irresponsible.
