And just like that, summer is over. Danny, Blake, and Nathaniel had a chance to watch a lot of movies the past few months. The only thing to do is rate them using a very scientific system that determined the best movies of this past summer.
The show starts with talk of the D23 Fan Expo. Black Panther 2, Lizzie McGuire, and WandaVision are all discussed. Of course, this leads to a discussion about the Rise of Skywalker. Everyone shares their thoughts on Rey's awesome lightsaber and what it means.
The boys also talk about the final Joker trailer. Blake talks about why he is a little apprehensive while all agree Joaquin Phoenix looks to have put in an amazing performance.
The show takes a slightly different route this week as their is much video game discussion. Nathaniel talks about Control while Blake discusses Telling Lies. They also talk about nostalgia and adventure games.
Nathaniel goes over all the movies he watched about ladies and boys, Danny talks about actresses he has never seen before, and Blake talks about serial killers.
The main topic this week is the best movies of the summer. Some picks are not shocking, but there is also plenty of surprises. There were plenty superhero movies this summer. How did they rank?
