- “It's easy to put the blame on everyone else. Instead ask yourself “Who do I need to become”
- “If it's not a hell yes it's a hell no”
- “Contrast brings clarity to what you do want.”
- “Sometimes you don't know what you want until you know what you don't know”
- “If you want to pull it into your sphere quicker then feel those things now. Its about feeling the things now before it happens.”
[20:00] Intention plus elevated Emotion
- “We all want “it”now and we are not the person who can actually have it now. There is work we still need to do or a story we need to shift.”
- “There is always an Internal cause and external effect.”
- “If you are not satisfied with what is going on in your external world then you need to do an internal audit.”
- “You have to set the intention of what you actually want.”
- “Split energy causes no progress.
- “Be Fully committed and totally unattached.”
[30:00] Emotional State
- “Your emotional state dictates your perception of your reality”
- “If you are in a high vibe state you see possibilities. If you are in a low vibe state, you dont see anything.”
- “Your emotional state is like an antenna on a tv.”
- “Become aware of your energy.”
- “It is okay to be in the red. You don't want to beat yourself up for being in the red.”
- “The clay of life to create comes from the contrast.”
- “When you feel down it is purposeful, but don't feel bad for feeling bad that perpetuates a cycle”
- “Know how you change states: listening to a song, calling a friend, going on a walk, etc.”
[45:00] Detachment
- “Creating a standard around my energy and my life changed.. I am attracting people, situations, and things on the same length”
- “The trust element of ‘who what when where why how’ is not my job to figure out. Its trusting it will all work out if I'm being intentional with the actions I am taking.”
- “Prioritize feeling good. Do things that make you feel excited.”
- “When you change the way you look at things. The things you look at change.”
- “Don't be realistic.
