A recent study by the Outdoor Foundation indicates that nearly half of all Americans don’t recreate outdoors. We understand that a strong connection to nature is vital to the health of our children and our communities. USEE actively works to deepen these connections by understanding the field of environmental education in Utah and providing the resources and tools to educators to make our field more robust and relevant. USEE strives to make the field of environmental education more equitable and accessible for all and advocates on behalf of sound environmental education policy.
