More about Adam Nicholls: Adam is a Health Professions Council Registered Sport and Exercise Psychologist, a Chartered Psychologist, and an Associate Fellow with the British Psychological Society. To date, His has published over 65 research papers in peer reviewed journals on topics including stress, coping, emotions, mental toughness, doping, and rehabilitation from injury. His research has included international rugby union players (from New Zealand, England, Wales, Scotland, Fiji, and Hong Kong), rugby league players (England and Australia) and golfers (including those who gone on to win majors and play in Ryder Cups).
