People tend to associate diet with weight loss only to, later on, find themselves on a never-ending uphill battle to getting fit. However, diet should be more than that. It should include a total lifestyle change, a program that is for life and not momentary. Betty Cubero-Velez is called to teach. She spent her career teaching students in Bilingual Education and Spanish and now inspires people to transform their health.
