And I don’t advocate toxic positivity, or ignoring the bad situations that come along or putting the lid on the other emotions that we do feel. What research does support, however, is that by putting attention toward consistent, simple positivity-boosting practices, it makes it easier to feel more positive more often. You can even begin to cultivate happiness as a superpower.
