Description

In this thirty-second (32nd) episode of the TigerTalk Podcast by Northeast Mississippi Community College, host Will Kollmeyer welcomes the Northeast director of bands and percussion instructor Bryan Mitchell back to the podcast to give us a look at the 36th annual Northeast Mississippi Community College Summer Band camp that has brought over 500 individuals to campus this week in the form of participants, band directors, students and alumni as they all come together to make Northeast an enriching and enchanting experience. In addition to Mitchell's report on the band camp, Greg Hardin and Jerry Palmer make a stop by the podcast to give us a look at one of the college's career technical programs -- automotive mechanics and automotive services technology program -- as the duo talks about the requirements for the programs and how recent college graduates have gone on to acquire high-paying jobs with just two years of training from Northeast. Kenny Paul Geno gives us a report on what is happening not only on the Northeast at Booneville campus but the Northeast at Corinth campus as well in his weekly roundup.
