Northeast Mississippi Community College president Dr. Ricky G. Ford sits with Marketing and Public Relations Specialist Liz Roark to talk about a recent grant that the Eula Dees Memorial Library received to help promote professional development and personal enrichment through access to MasterClass. Over 4,000 licenses were granted to Northeast for employees and students to provide extra encouragement, cooking, comedy, communication, conflict mediation, job interview techniques, drawing, painting, leadership and a lot more by experts in their fields in short, enjoyable talks. In the second part of the interview, Ford discusses the Tiger Apprenticeship program and how it not only helps the college and its relationship with the community but also impacts the students who participate in the program.
