Los Angeles Chargers offensive Coordinator Joe Lombardi spoke to the media after OTAs and touched on a number of topics including Justin Herbert, new offensive line coach Brendan Nugent, and 2022 first round draft pick Zion Johnson. Lombardi wasn't at the podium long but provided a lot of great insight. Joe said it's more comfortable going into year two of the offense because he doesn't have to teach as much. He can tinker more and make more additions and subtractions with a year's worth of film. He expects the right tackle position to take a leap from last year. Time will tell if he's right.
