On todays show we discuss the Chargers reportedly have hired three coordinators including Joe Lombardi as OC, Renaldo Hill as the DC and Derius Swinton manning the Special Teams.
The first of the Chargers hirings was Swinton and we get into his wealth of special teams experience and improving the worst unit in the league.
The biggest hire for the Chargers was finding an offensive coordinator to help Justin Herbert and we talk about his first disastrous stint as an OC with the Lions and time spent with one of the leagues top offenses.
Lastly we get into the Chargers taking a chance on a young defensive coach in Renaldo Hill and what his role will be with Staley calling plays defensively.
