Elisa Lam was a 21 year old Canadian student who vanished in 2013 at the Cecil Hotel, near skid row, in downtown Los Angeles. A video of Elisa Lam was released from the hotel elevator after she vanished. It quickly went viral due to her extremely strange behavior and the mystery surrounding her disappearance.
