In 2002, Mexico began dealing with a prolific serial killer who would murder many. It was a case that would go down in history as Mexico's first female serial killer, and her target victims were elderly women over the age of 60. She would pose as a nurse or social worker and strangle her victims, leaving the nation terrified and authorities stumped.
