When she’s not working in management for the fastest growing company in the world she’s networking and growing her circle to create a community of successful women of Influence to stand as role models to show young women what is possible because she says, “you can be her if you can’t see her.” Leila weaves her advice for empowering young women and girls into stories about her life and her heritage and what she’s learned through her travel, work experiences and culture that brought her to her purpose. She loves Persian dancing, the FSU Seminoles, and is a proud cat mom to Peeshi. Leila recently competed in the first virtual Zoom pageant where she won the title Miss Florida Citrus, which qualifies her to compete for her dream job, Miss Florida and Miss America.
