I started reading a book about healing my inner child for the second time because I couldn’t see past the label and allow myself to just live and be in the present moment. It really had very little to do with the label itself and more with a lack of confidence, self-worth issues, and not wanting to be vulnerable.
In this episode I suggest the following activities:
1. Stop re-reading and binging on the same resources
2. Let go of the label when it no longer serves you
3. Focus on being in the moment - BREATHE
