Patricia Rodríguez Barrios, born March 10, 1982, in San Sebastián, Guipúzcoa, is a Spanish businesswoman and sports executive with over 17 years in senior roles. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Deusto and a Master's in International Business from ISC Paris, with advanced programs in leadership from IESE Business School. Starting her career in operations and finance, she became the first woman to manage a First Division Spanish football club at SD Eibar in 2016, where she served as financial director from 2014 and led the club through key growth phases. She later held management positions at Elche CF and Granada CF, focusing on teamwork, process improvements, and efficiency. Currently, she is the General Manager of Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián, advises football clubs and leagues, collaborates with Sportboost (SportsTech startup accelerator), and serves on the Advisory Board of the World Football Summit and Spanish Sports Marketing Association. Known for breaking barriers in sports management, Patricia lectures at institutions like LaLiga Business School on sports marketing and international business. She is also working on a book project and shares insights on goal setting and women's football.
