Description

In this Pocket Sized Pep Talk, we'll specifically look at:

• The reason behind this form of abuse.
• The different forms this abuse can take.
• The emotional side of abuse.

However, we'll also look at solutions including:

• Changing how you view the experience.
• Accepting some responsibility.
• Forgiving your tormentor.
• Forgiving yourself.

Remember, no one deserves this form of abuse, and it will leave scars.  But these scars can be beautiful because they serve as reminders:

"Never be ashamed of a scar. It simply means you were stronger than whatever tried to hurt you."
