Rolando Bonilla is a Communications Executive for Voler Strategies, and a Community and Health activist in San Jose, California; he presently serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of San Jose.
Rolando and several of his family members contracted Covid19 in December of 2020; his Uncle passed away due to Covid19, and Rolando himself spent a week in an ICU. Rolando shares his Covid-19 hospital experience and his concerns about the spread of Covid-19. He emphasizes the need to follow public health practices and to take care of ourselves and family members during this pandemic.
