Andrew Kahl has over 20+ years in customer facing roles and was an early proponent of the Customer Success model that has become popular today. He has spent his career slightly obsessed with how companies engage and retain customers. He is the former Chief Customer Officer for SailPoint and has held senior executive leadership roles with leading global customer delivery teams for NetApp and Juniper Networks. Andrew co-founded and led CREDANT Technologies for 12 years before it was successfully acquired by Dell. Andrew is a proud alumnus of the University of Notre Dame and has been a frequent guest lecturer at the Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame speaking on the topics of Entrepreneurship and Customer Centricity. He's also a lifelong fan of the Chicago Cubs and considers Wrigley Field the ultimate customer experience.
