During his career, Justin has held Executive positions with small venture-backed companies and public companies. His ability to create a coaching culture of high-performance and flexibility, capable of sustaining success in rapidly changing environments, makes him an invaluable asset to those organizations he’s worked with. Prior to ActivTrak he served as VP of Sales, at Mist System, a company who brought to market the first AI-driven Wireless LAN (WLAN) which was acquired by Juniper Networks, SVP of WW Sales at AlienVault which was acquired by AT&T. From 2006 through 2010, he was VP of Sales for SolarWinds (NYSE: SWI), a leader in the IT management software industry that went public in May 2009. At SolarWinds, Justin served as a member of the executive team that built the company’s disruptive model for high volume and velocity sales to IT professionals in mid-market enterprises.
