I sit down with the first African American female soccer agent Maggie Ntim where she talks about being confident in a male dominated field and how she uses that as motivation. She tells us about the process of picking her players and what becoming a part of her agency is all about. She also talks about how her background in music correlates with working in sports now. At the end Maggie shares how she manifested all of her goals in her journal and gives us tips for doing the same.
