Jenn speaks to Davina Ho, founder of Inhabit Meditation who has a vision to create silent spaces for stressed out city dwellers in urban environments. Davina works with clients and companies dealing with issues from burnout and stress as well as trauma, sleep issues, depression, and anxiety. Davina is a passionate advocate for sustainability and mindful leadership within organisations as well as elevating the consciousness of humanity using the power of self-awareness techniques such as meditation in healing the systemic issues plaguing our society and planet today. She is currently pioneering the use of silent spaces in cities for modern secular contemplative practices through her meditation company INHABIT. She is also the Co-Founder of the mind-body movement practice HASIKO. Prior to that she spent more than ten years in finance. She is currently based in Singapore.
