1. Moses Doubts HIMSELF. (3:11-12)

2. Moses Doubts His RECEPTION. (3:13-4:12)
- “What is your name?” (3:13-22)
- “What if they do not believe me?” (4:1-9)
- “I am not eloquent.” (4:10-12)
3. Moses REFUSES God’s Call. (4:13-17)
