What About Unanswered Prayer?
Reasons Why Prayer Might Be Going Unanswered:
1) We aren’t praying in accordance with Jesus’ name.
2) Contradictory Prayers
3) Wrong Motives
· James 4:3 - “You ask and do not receive, because you ask wrongly, to spend it on your passions.”
4) We live in a broken world.
5) Unasked Prayers
· James 4:2 - “You do not have, because you do not ask.”
6) Unconfessed Sin.
· Psalm 66:18 - “If I had cherished sin in my heart, the Lord would not have listened.”
How To Handle Unanswered Prayers:
1) Trust God.
2) Seek God’s Will.
3) Keep praying and keep the faith.
