Ruandan kansanmurhasta tuli huhtikuussa kuluneeksi 25 vuotta. Menehtyneitä surraan vuotuisen muistokävelyn ja kynttiläseremonian lisäksi nykyisin myös twiittaamalla. Sureminen ja muistaminen ovat tärkeitä osia valtion uudelleenrakentamisessa.
