Description

Mental health is something we've talked about before on the show, but never before has it felt more important to dive in. That's why this week, we took some time to focus on what challenges, resources, and tips this community has and needs. Whether you're a full-time traveler and your shelter is a car or a tent, or you have a more stationary place to stay and you're feeling stagnant-- the reality is that this forced by necessary stillness is a challenge for us all, on top of the anxiety that can be triggered during crisis.

It's a good thing for us all that insightful, compassionate folks like Grizel Williams are a part of our community. Grizel lives on the road and is a writer with background in mental health counseling. After years in the field, she shares what mental health considerations she's thinking about now-- as well as what resources or practices we can all look to during this especially challenging time.
