Today we're deep diving into The Roll Over - spine articulation in sagital plane with flexion starting from the bottom of the spine. The Roll Over is an advanced exercise - very challenging and very useful for .

In the full studio there are tons of places to practice the roll over - cadillac/tower, barrels, reformer. I also offer modifications and variations.
