As we celebrate Black History Month, Tiger Talk With The 1400 Klub kicks off our month-long series celebrating JSU Black History. We’ll recollect, recall, and reminisce about the people, times, and events that collectively make our great university what it is today.
Our first guest, James "Lap" Baker, is a member of the historic class of 1970, and is the living embodiment of a "Renaissance Man". He's a history-maker of firsts, a poet, and Gibbs-Green Tragedy Survivor.
"Lap" joins us to share his personal living Black History story of the impact of JSU on his life - as well as his thoughts on JSU's past, present and future.
