Vulnerability... is it a good trait?
Bart Simpson and Matthew Nutt talk to pastor David Huff of Hamilton Life Church and he explains to us why vulnerability in leadership is actually a really great thing. He says that "honesty, vulnerability and authenticity are three critical tools to help any leader lead better; you don’t have to have an MBA to work on those skills. You just do it." Overall, vulnerability is a scary term.We are all afraid to put ourselves out there because we cannot control how people respond, and vulnerability is the willingness to be who you are regardless. It is not an excuse to be a jerk but an opportunity to stop trying to be someone you’re not.
