Jack Eichel debuted for VGK in the 2-0 loss to the Colorado Avalanche Wednesday night. It was his first time in an NHL game in eleven months. Eichel took some hits and also checked some for the Golden Knights. He had two penalties as well and played close to 16 minutes. One of the contraversial plays in the game was a check by the Avs Nathan MacKinnon on VGK's Nolan Patrick. The play sent Patrick, who has a history of head injuries, out of the game in the first period and he never returned. VGK still can't score goals - it marked the first time in team history that the Golden Knights was shut out two straight games. And, VGK is still faced with trying to figure out its goaltending situation with Robin Lehner's shoulder injury. We are not sure how long he will be out.
