An update on VGK injuries as they prepare to skate in Carolina. VGK called up goalie Jiri Patara and winger Jonas Rondbjorg on Monday. Adin Hill and Logan Thompson's status is not known, although it is expected Thompson will play on the road trip. Hill pulled himself from Sunday's game vs Ottawa after 6 1/2 minutes due to injury. Thompson tweaked something in the third period. VGK plays at Carolina, a team that has dropped seven of its last 10 games.
