Frank Seravalli says there is potential for a sign and trade deal for Toronto that could send Mitch Marner to Las Vegas. It would be good for both parties if it happens. The Maple Leafs would receive a return for the free agent and VGK would need to clear cap space for Marner, if he comes to Las Vegas. The Golden Knights have been the only team prominently mentioned in the Marner Sweepstakes. Meanwhile, Darren Drager said Wednesday that there could be a discussion to return to Toronto for Marner if his camp is still open after July 1st. We also discuss the Conference Finals.
