VGK has two home games this weekend. First the Buffalo Sabres, Jack Eichel's former team, comes into T-Mobile Arena Friday night. Then its the Ottawa Senators. The Sabres are coming in the most healthy they have been in over a month. On Wednesday, former Golden Knight Alex Tuch and linemate Tage Thompson played together for the first time since November 7. The Sabres haven't had much luck scoring first this season. They are 1-11-1 after scoring the first goal. On Sunday the Golden Knights play the Ottawa Senators led by Brady Tkachuk, who is 20 fights in. This expects for be a physical game as Tkachuk said this week that this road trip is important for his club. He said "If we play the way we want to play, we'll put ourselves in a good position for a lot of hockey after the Christmas break." Injury updates for VGK: Adin Hill and Alec Martinez were on the ice yesterday in non-contact red jerseys. They are expected to return sometime soon, perhaps on next week's road swing. And it's time again for WTF!
