We breakdown the two weekend games for VGK - the loss on Saturday to Edmonton and Sunday's win at Minnesota. VGK had a successful road trip winning two of three overall. The Golden Knights hung on for a 3-2 win over the Wild on Sunday. Victor Olofsson scored twice, and had another goal against EDM, in the win. The game ended with a 6-on-4 for Minnesota but a mad scramble in front of the VGK net had an empty result for the Wild. VGK's Alex Pietrangelo pushed the puck away from the net as time expired. On Saturday, Edmonton scored the first five goals on Adin Hill. Bruce Cassidy said the offense played well in that game, but the team didn't manage the puck well.
