Talks are continuing between Jonathan Marchessault's camp and the Golden Knights according to David Pagnotta of the Fourth Period. Pagnotta reported that Pat Brisson, Marchessault's agent, told him both sides want to make a deal, but said the Golden Knights first need to create extra cap space. The clock is ticking as free agency officially starts on Monday. We feel this is an important year for VGK - a transition year.
