Despite losing back-to-back games on the road swing, VGK banked a couple of points from their shootout loss last night to the Edmonton Oilers and the OT loss in Calgary the previous night. Cassidy said Ward has been working on faceoffs and some individual coaching of the team's 12 forwards.
