The Golden Knights will be playing the Seattle Kraken, who are in fourth place in the Pacific Division, in the annual NHL Winter Classic. VGK is currently in a first-place tie for the divisional lead as the New Year kicks off. VGK holds an 8-1 series lead in the series.
