We used the old Bill James (Baseball Abstract) method of determining strength up the middle. In baseball it is believe that you must have a strong catcher, 2nd baseman, shortstop and centerfielder to compete. We took that model and applied it to VGK's centermen - Eichel, Hertl, Karlsson and Roy. It is a very strong center position. Our only concern is who will fill in if one of these players gets injured this season. We have a discussion about which goaltender will have the most starts this season. And, it's WTF day with fan comments.
