The L.A. Kings became the eighth team in NHL history to win their first seven road games as they knocked off the Golden Knights 4-1 at T-Mobile Arena. The only VGK goal was scored by William Karlsson late in the contest. Lines had to be jumbled as Chandler Stephenson missed the game for the Golden Knights with an upper body injury. He is expected to miss Friday's game against the Sharks as well. Nic Roy remains out. Defenseman Alec Martinez returned to the Golden Knights lineup Wednesday night. L.A. had better netfront presence in the game and VGK couldn't solve the Kings 1-3-1 defense. We discuss VGK's poor special teams performance as they allowed two goals on the power play and the VGK were 0-2 themselves on the power play with no shots on net. Chris also talks about locker room cliches from Stone and Pietrangelo when he visited after last night's game.
