What is your cure for "cabin fever" in the spring? With more and more people spending more and more time shed hunting every year to try and recover at least a little part of that buck that eluded you during the season, it creates a new problem of how do you balance turkey scouting/hunting, spring scouting for whitetail, and put enough miles on your boots to recover the often elusive shed antler. This week we discussed how we try to accomplish all these things during limited time in the woods. We discuss the value of using a shed hunting trip to scout for both turkey and whitetails, especially if you hunt either species far away from home or have limited access to the property.
