I talk about two types of motivation: extrinsic (rewards like money and trophies) and intrinsic (doing things because you enjoy them). I will share tips inspired by Dr. Tamara Rosierβs book, βYour Brainβs not broken,β to help you feel motivated, like knowing why you're doing a task, imagining how good you'll feel when it's done, and changing your self-talk.
