Why Am I So Angry?
Welcome to Latine ADHD with Dr. Janice Castro! In this episode, we talk about anger and ADHD. Sometimes, people with ADHD feel anger really strongly and fast. This is called emotional dysregulation. If you've heard things like 'men don't cry' or 'be a man,' this episode is for you. We'll explain why it's hard to handle anger if you have ADHD and give you a tool called S.T.O.P. to help manage it. Remember, it's okay to feel angry and you're not alone. Share this with someone who needs it and let's change how we talk about ADHD!
