Since retiring as COO of a 230 person consulting company, Rick has started a on-line coaching, consulting and products company. The overall goal of CI4life is to help people achieve their professional and personal goals. He has published two courses on Teachable: Millennial Money and Crush your goals for Small business. He has also written two books; The latest one is called: "The truth about being a RainMaker- 7 principles for Sales Excellence".
