Our beliefs drive our behaviors, and our behaviors drive our results!

  1. Believes
    • Definition – to accept something as true, something has value to you!
    • What belief did my employees have?
    • How did I overcome their belief?
    • Belief drives everything!
  2. Behaviors
    • Definition – the way in which a person acts in response to a particular situation or belief.
    • You have to change someone’s belief in order to change their behavior
    • Behaviors are the effect of our believes
    • Behavior is the vehicle to get our results
  3. Results
    • Definition – a consequence, effect or outcome of something
    • Results are the end game for business owner.
    • Fear is only temporary, changing a person’s belief is for the long haul.
    • Results can be sustainable if you change the belief first and the behaviors will follow.

Remember in the end people tend to get complacent overtime and have to be reminder or even reeducated on why we do the things we do! I normally have to go through this process once a year as just a reminder and to get my people refocused.
