- Gary, you travel a lot and work with business and nonprofit leadership teams. What have you noticed with working with business leaders across industries and what are some of the common themes you’re noticing?
- The SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) is a great exercise for teams. What is incomplete about it?
- So, how DO you get organic buy-in from teams? What can we learn?
- Why start out doing the “RIGHT” column? Why is doing the “Right” column so important?
- Is the “WRONG” column the longest column?
- Why is it important to stay in the “CONFUSING” column for a while when we’re temped to move through it quickly?
- When we talk about the “MISSING” column, it’s hard to know what’s missing because we don’t know! It’s missing! How do we find out what’s missing?
- Finally, to make sense of everything we wrote down in these 4 columns, how do we land the plane and make sense of it all so we can put things into actionable items?
