What do you do when overwhelmed?
Do you recognize it?
“I don’t feel like doing this.” Red flag for overwhelmed.
Self recognition is key.
What I am being overwhelmed about.
Apply system to it, break it down into chunks, most pleasurable bite there is because if enjoy this bite more than something else. Get yourself into the most enjoyable part. Then in process and mind shift.
What are you thinking in work mode?
Task done, so do it.
Hyper focused on what doing.
What next?
Build momentum from this one things.
Congratulate self for accomplishing something.
Hardest thing is the self aware piece, what you’re feeling in that moment. How can you increase the self awareness?
Feelings and emotions will rob you of success.
How do you maintain optimism in your beliefs?
Make it a habit.

You have to want to change.
Every day wake up and make that choice to choose optimism.
Practice intentionality – you have to want to change.
