Every business needs to have an organizational structure and a chart.
What is an organizational chart?
An organizational chart is a diagram that visually conveys a company's internal structure by detailing the roles, responsibilities, and relationships between individuals within the business.
Why is this so important?
Story about going from 2 stores to 5 stores.
Store about manager complaining about an employee.
The internal structure of a business is what keeps it strong.
Stay in your lane. Only come out of your lane when both parties agree. It is only temporary and has a time limit.
If you change role in your business, it has to be communicated to everyone verbally and written.
